The “Supreme Leader” of Iran Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei has had his Facebook account suspended. The decision to suspend his account was made by Meta/Facebook after Khamenei made repeated calls for Israel’s destruction in the months after the barbaric attack carried out by Hamas terrorists on October 7.

The suspension also applies to his Instagram account where Khamenei had more than five million followers on his Persian language account.

“We have removed these accounts for repeatedly violating our Dangerous Organizations & Individuals policy,” said a Meta spokesperson.

But don’t worry. He can still spew his vile on Elon Musk’s Twitter platform.

Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei is the second and current supreme leader of Iran, in office since 1989. He was previously the third president of Iran from 1981 to 1989. Khamenei is a Muslim Shia marja’ and politician who has been described as a “pragmatic conservative.”

Khamenei was born in Mashhad, Iran, in 1939. He studied theology in Qom and Najaf, and became a close associate of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. After the Iranian Revolution in 1979, Khamenei was appointed president of Iran. He was elected supreme leader in 1989, after Khomeini’s death.

As supreme leader, Khamenei has overseen a period of significant change in Iran. He has guided the country through the Iran-Iraq War, the 1997 student protests, and the 2009 Green Movement. He has also been a vocal critic of the United States and Israel.

Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei is a controversial figure. He has been accused of human rights abuses, and of suppressing dissent. However, he remains a popular figure among many Iranians, who see him as a strong and decisive leader.

He is still able to send out anti-Israel and anti-semitics Tweets, however.

Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei recently tweeted, “Never doubt that the hostile, usurper Zionist regime will be wiped off the world’s map one day. God willing, this is a definite part of the future. We hope you, the youth, will see this with your own eyes.”

He also wrote, “God willing, the cancer of the usurper Zionist regime will be eradicated at the hands of the Palestinian people and the Resistance forces throughout the region.”
