More Than 700 Confirmed Dead from Hamas Terror Attack

At this hour at least 700 people have been confirmed murdered by Hamas terrorists since the terror group launched its assault on Israeli towns near Gaza. More than 2,200 people have been wounded.

The American government has ordered its USS Gerald Ford Aircraft Carrier group in the Mediterranean Sea to move to the coast of Gaza in order to support Israel’s military efforts.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry directed diplomats to shelter at home unless given special permission from security officials.

In a historic move and show of support, the German government flew the flag of Israel on Sunday in front of the Berlin House of Representatives in Germany alongside the German and EU flags.

The Israeli flag also flew on Monday alongside the EU flag on the EU Parliament building in Brussels, Belgium as the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola declared “Europe stands with Israel and its people.”

“Israel has a right to defend itself against acts of indiscriminate terror,” she said. “My thoughts are with all those under fire, all the first responders and those defending against these brutal attacks. Terror will never prevail.”

Minister of Environmental Protection Idit Silman and Director General of the Ministry Guy Smet held situation assessments as part of preparations in cooperation with the Home Front Command for a scenario of damage to factories containing hazardous substances during the current conflict in Gaza.

The professionals of the Ministry of Environmental Protection assisted in the last two days to examine the factories’ compliance with the instructions of the Home Front Command for safety protection and maintaining functional continuity in the economy.

All schools in Israel will remain closed at least through Tuesday. All educational activities of any kind have also been canceled.

As of now, the municipal elections scheduled to be held throughout Israel on Tuesday October 31 have not been postponed due to the Hamas attack from Gaza.
