Akooda, an Israeli startup boasting the world’s first Operations Intelligence platform, raised $11 million in seed funding from NFX, Atlassian Ventures, Village Global, Founder Collective, and others. Akooda’s platform leverages artificial intelligence to effectively locate, access, and analyze critical data scattered across an organization – and help solve business challenges in real-time. The company plans to use the funding to further develop its product suite and expand its customer base.

Founded in 2020 by Yuval Gonczarowski, Akooda says its platform can quickly find what a user needs and who can help, across a client company’s digital footprint: communications, project and knowledge management apps, HRIS, CRM systems and more. It offers “deep-dive” into key questions like customer churn, pricing, implementation and more -with customizable dashboards, metrics, events, and objectives. And Akooda promises clients the platform will “stay on top of your day with a curated view on everything you need to know, built by AI, specifically for you.”

Akooda’s AI-driven solution leverages advanced natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to swiftly and accurately identify relevant data within an organization’s ecosystem. Akooda’s engine breaks down every unit of work from the tools companies already use, and connects the dots so that everyone – across all business units and disciplines – can speak the same language. With just a few clicks, management can understand the status of any project, identify which KPIs drive profit, and focus on what truly moves the needle.

Akooda’s platform integrates with nearly every major SaaS product including Salesforce, Atlassian, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Monday, Figma, Zendesk, Slack, Hubspot, Github, Hibob, Notion, Asana, Zoom, Intercom, Box, Okta, Linear, and more. It employs a security and privacy-first mindset that is SOC-2 compliant and never stores any raw customer data.

“Akooda’s biggest innovation is that – with minimal overhead – companies can now gain key insights to questions they ask every day, including resource allocation, trending topics, summarizing information from code, CRM, and customer interactions. This is the first time a company can get a complete view of all their core business elements, the processes, people, customers and resources that are their business,” stated Yuval Gonczarowski, CEO and Founder of Akooda.
