Envoy Technologies Going to Blink Charging for $34 Million

Blink Charging’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Blink Mobility, LLC, an all-electric car-sharing service, is acquiring Envoy Technologies, an Israeli startup offering shared electric vehicles as amenity for national real estate developers and owners. While the details have not been revealed, Calcalist reported that Envoy Technologies, which has raised $10 million to date, has raised $10 million in funding.

Blink Mobility said that its acquisition of Envoy, combined with its existing EV car-sharing service, and with the recently awarded $7.5 million to develop an electric car-sharing programs in New Jersey, will create one of the “largest all-electric car-sharing companies in the United States leveraging one of the most robust platforms in the industry.”

Founded in 2016 by Ori Sagie (CEO) and Aric Ohana (President), Envoy Technologies provides shared Mobility as an Amenity for communities, where people live, work and stay. Envoy is the leading provider of on-demand shared electric vehicles. Envoy vehicles are located in dedicated parking spaces at apartment complexes, hotels, workplaces and more.
