Group from Dubai Submits a Bid to Acquire Israir

NY Koen Group announced this morning that it will submit a bid for the acquisition of the Israeli airline, which is for sale by the liquidator of IDB

NY KOEN GROUP, based in Dubai, intends to compete for the acquisition of Israir. This is a company with extensive experience in the field of aviation, which sees the acquisition of Israir as an opportunity to expand its business. The company reported this morning (Tuesday) in Dubai.

Israir is up for sale by the liquidator of IDB Open, Adv. Ophir Naor. The proceeds will benefit IDB bondholders.

The NY KOEN GROUP currently operates at over 4,000 airports worldwide including in India, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, the United States, Bahrain, the Czech Republic, and Saudi Arabia, among others.

Another bidder for the acquisition of Israir is the businessman, Rami Levy, who recently submitted a bid to acquire Israir for about NIS 70 million (approximately $20 million).

Aero Private Jet, owned by NY KOEN GROUP, has been active in the business aviation industry since 2003. The company works closely with the largest operators and private owners of business aircraft worldwide and has access to more than 7,000 aircraft and 4,000 airports.

The airline is responsible for more than 3,200 flights and provides services in organizing VIP flights for business and leisure.
