Hoppy has struck back against Bethenny Frankel’s boyfriend sending Shields’ lawyer a letter saying, “As a concerned father, I often have to contact others when I cannot reach my daughter through her mother.”

Bethenny Frankel is also suing a real estate attorney for $5 million over a Tribeca home that she and her ex-husband shared in Manhattan.

Finally a source told The New York Post’s Page Six that her Drinks by Skinnygirl is in trouble.

“Store owners have been complaining that they have slashed prices and still can’t sell it, ” said a source. “It’s across all states. It flew off the shelves when it was new, but now they can’t give it away.”
