Magician David Blaine will need no sleight of hand to sell his Greenwich Village co-op.

The illusionist’s next trick is putting his two-bedroom, one-bathroom pad at 41 Fifth Avenue on the market for $2.27 million.

Blaine bought the 1, 044-square-foot apartment in 1998 and the charming top-floor unit comes complete with a wood-burning fireplace, and south, east and north exposures, the New York Observer reported.
