The Islamic State has released what appears to be a new propaganda video, praising the Paris attacks and threatening to launch an attack ןn Washington, and other countries involved in the international coalition bombing its militant strongholds in Syria and Iraq.
The video begins with some news from Friday’s attacks in Paris that killed at least 129 people, showing president Francois Hollande speaking and police operations.
In the warning by a ISIS killer he says: “I say to the European countries that we are coming, coming with booby traps and explosives, coming with explosive belts and (gun) silencers and you will be unable to stop us because today we are much stronger than before.”
The same man also appears to reference the Syria peace talks in Vienna, saying: “We have decided to negotiate with you in the trenches and not in the hotels.”
French fighter jets launched their biggest raids in Syria to date on Sunday, targeting Raqqa, Isis’s de facto capital.
