L’CHAIM Kosher Wine and Enovation Brands Announce Alliance

L’CHAIM Kosher Wine and Enovation Brands, Inc. are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to form a strategic alliance between the two companies. This alliance will afford both companies greater proficiency and efficiency towards their shared mission to deliver innovative solutions for the modern adult beverage consumer.

“We reached a stage where we needed a strong partner who understood our vision, shared our aspirations and recognized the potential of the brand, and, we realized this in the U.S. importer of one of the largest, and most respected, winemakers in Italy. They understand the importance of the kosher proposition and value our brand building efforts, ” said Ralph Mizraji, CEO of L’CHAIM Kosher Wine. “David Lazarus, SVP of Enovation Brands, Inc. brings over 25 years of experience in both spirits and wine having worked with E&J Gallo, Diageo, and Constellation Brands.”

“This immediately catapults L’CHAIM to a new level, expanding their reach not just in the U.S. but internationally. The alliance opens up avenues to procure kosher Italian wine of the highest quality, provides access to a sophisticated supplier base, as well as other resources including logistics, regulatory compliance, marketing, sales and an increased distribution network, ” said Giovanni Pecora, CEO of Enovation Brands, Inc.

One of the first initiatives the two companies will undertake is the launch of a new kosher for Passover wine brand targeting Millennial consumers in a format unique to the kosher wine category.
