El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE: ELAL) will allow passengers with tickets to fly abroad between now and the end of next week to cancel their booking or postpone their flight due to Operation Protective Edge.
El Al said, “Due to the security situation, El Al will allow ticket holders for flights leaving Israel up until Friday, July 18 to cancel their tickets or postpone their departure date for a period no longer than six months without being charged any cancellation fees or flight switching fees (in the case of changing the date of flights according to availability in that department).
El Al added, “Passengers interested in postponing or cancelling their flights should inform the call center or their travel agents. Passengers abroad wishing to come to Israel earlier than their ticket will also not be charged for switching their flights.”
