LivePerson to Acquire Germany co-browsing technology Start-Up Synchronite

Live digital engagement solutions developer LivePerson will set up a German center to work under its main R&D center in Ra’anana, Israel.

LivePerson Inc. (Nasdaq:LPSN); TASE: LPSN) provider of live digital engagement solutions, has acquired co-browsing technology Germany-based startup Synchronite LLC.
