Techcrunch says Perion is close to acquiring the digital ad company.

Perion Networks Inc. (Nasdaq:PERI: TASE:PERI) is in advanced talks to accueire the US digital ad company Airpush for $170 million, “Techcrunch” reports.
“Techcrunch” says that Airpush, which has offices in Los Angeles and Bangalore would “fit in nicely with Perion’s other B2B tools, as its focus has been on helping monetize mobile applications using a variety of ad formats, including push notifications, icon ads, video and others.”
