Nuts: President Kirchner Implies Israel Behind Iran Terror Cover-Up Charges

The President of Argentina rambled for hours in a desperate attempt to find someone responsible besides her own government

President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner

Argentina’s President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner gave a four hour State of the Union address dedicated mainly to trying to clear her name of accusations that she might have covered up possible Iranian involvement in the attack against a Jewish community center in 1994 that killed scores of people, according to Business Insider.

“If there are delays or a cover up of the A.M. I. A. (Argentina Israelite Mutual Association), look somewhere else, not here, ” she said, according to the Wall Street Journal. A judge dismissed a criminal complaint brought by prosecutor Alberto Nisman that the president protected Iran from being blamed for the bombing, because of oil deals between the two countries. After Alberto Nisman was found with a bullet through his head in an apparent suicide, his charges were revived by Gerardo Pollicita.

De Kirchner did not think Nisman wanted to accuse the President and felt that outside forces were manipulating him to lay the blame at her feet. She then engaged in bizarre conjectures which seemed to point the finger at Israel, asking the Israelis to answer for attacks against their own center and against an Israeli embassy in 1992.

Business Insider reports, “In 1992, an Israeli embassy was attacked, 29 people died, 229 people were injured. This was an attack on the territory of Israel, because the embassy is Israeli territory itself. It’s always caught my attention, and I still can’t understand why the State of Israel is upset over the attack at AMIA and not its own embassy.”

Her obfuscation speaks volumes.
