New York real estate figures Oren and Tal Alexander and twin brother Alon Alexander were arrested in Miami Beach on Wednesday on charges of rape and more. In addition to federal sex trafficking charges, the twin brothers face separate state felony charges related to three specific sexual assault incidents, as detailed in arrest warrants released by Miami prosecutors.

The three were first arrested in 2023 on charges of sex trafficking. They were accused of using their wealth and influence in the luxury real estate industry to lure and assault numerous women over a decade.

The allegations against them include drugging, raping, and sexually assaulting victims, often after enticing them with promises of luxury experiences and travel. The case has garnered significant media attention due to the severity of the charges and the high-profile nature of the accused.

The Alexander brothers are accused of exploiting their wealth and influence to target vulnerable women, forcing them into sexual encounters. Such alleged predatory behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The FBI’s investigations into these cases are made possible by the courage of victims who come forward. The FBI, in collaboration with law enforcement partners, is dedicated to investigating sex trafficking and holding perpetrators accountable within the legal system. 2

“This conduct, as alleged, was heinous,” Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said at a news conference. “With our law enforcement partners, this office is determined to investigate and prosecute anyone who engages in sex trafficking, no matter how powerful or wealthy or famous you may be.”

“As alleged in the Indictment, for more than a decade, the Alexander Brothers, alone and together, repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted and raped dozens of female victims. Today, the defendants are charged with multiple sex trafficking offenses. Our investigation is far from over. If you have been a victim of the alleged sexual violence perpetrated by Alon Alexander, Oren Alexander, or Tal Alexander – or if you know anything about their alleged crimes – we urge you to come forward.”

The lawyer representing Oren Alexander, Susan Necheles, said, “Oren Alexander is innocent. The evidence will show that neither he nor his brothers ever committed a crime.”

“We are glad to hear that there will finally be some measure of accountability for the Alexander brothers and justice for their many victims,” said David Gottlieb in a statement posted by his law firm Wigdor LLP on X. “We applaud all the survivors who have had the strength and courage to speak up about their unimaginable experiences after years of pain and suffering.”
