Oliver Tucker, CEO of Wireless Logic said “Webbing exhibited remarkable foresight by recognising the constraints of existing eSIM standards for IoT devices and anticipating enterprise demand for efficient eSIM provisioning solutions. This acquisition will expand our technology capabilities and offering, particularly as the new GSMA IoT eSIM standard gains prominence. Furthermore, Webbing’s local presence and partnerships in regions including the US and Asia, will further enhance our ability to deliver a future proof, flexible and fully redundant global connectivity through a single SIM.”

Founded in 2010 by CEO Noam Lando and EVP Sales Yaniv Elron, Webbing is a global data MVNO that delivers “Innovative enterprise grade, global connectivity” and IoT services. The company boasts that its secured network of 600+ mobile carriers across more than 200 countries, ensures “superior data connectivity between business, people and things wherever the device is located.” Webbing provides a leading-edge connectivity service for global customers across sectors including Enterprise Mobility, Automotive and Logistics. Webbing counts Chemi Peres (son of the Late Israeli statesman Shimon Peres), Managing Partner and co-founder of Pitango, as one of its investors. Peres is also the head of the company’s board of directors.

“Since our foundation, we have been committed to meeting the needs of global IoT by developing progressive SIM technology, powerful management platforms and a robust network,” said Webbing CEO Noam Lando. “We believe that device owners deserve tailor-made, rock-solid, future-ready connectivity within their control.
