Autobound, a San Francisco based generative AI startup founded by two friends from Hebrew school, raised $4 million in funding to automate the tedious workflow of writing personalized sales emails. And Click-Ins, an Israeli insurtech startup, completed a $7.5 million funding round.

Founded in 2014 by Eugene Greenberg, Dimitry Geyzersky, Ronen Abergel and Zeev Hazan, Click-Ins boasts its technology transforms digital photos into information that machines can “read “. We use more than just AI and combine multiple disciplines and sciences including Photogrammetry, 3D Modeling, Computer Vision, Machine Learning to create its patent-pending Visual Intelligence AI technology.

Doron Gohar, CEO of Click-Ins, said, “This round is an important milestone in the development of the company and is an expression of confidence in the company’s management and in its international business activity on the part of the investors.

“The automotive field is undergoing a fundamental change, becoming smarter and more tech-oriented, affecting related fields. We are proud to be a part of this change and to contribute to the development and promotion of the insurance and automotive industry in order to prevent fraud and waste of money, and to enable accuracy and efficiency in outdated and complex processes.”

Autobound boasts its sales intelligence platform increases email reply rate by generating individually personalized sales emails using AI. The platform analyzes metadata on buyers and sellers from across the web, such as news events, shared experiences, company initiatives, personas, competitors, and more.

Software supporting mass emailing and task automation has gained widespread adoption since, with startups like Outreach and Salesloft tripling their (already unicorn) valuations in less than a year.

“Until now, writing high quality, personalized sales emails has been difficult for every seller out there. Sellers often resort to quantity over quality, which is a problem if they’re representing your company’s brand. Now that spray and pray methods are so widespread, the bar of what’s required to generate an email reply is higher than ever…” said Autobound’s CEO Daniel Wiener, who was previously the second-highest performing BDR in Oracle’s US sales division.

“Autobound’s AI suggests hyper-personalized content to the specific individual you’re reaching out to. Think ChatGPT, but for sales emails. We’re making it simple for any seller to write an A+ sales email instantly, so they can focus on revenue-producing activities like actually talking to buyers,” he added.

Wiener co-founded Autobound with Kyle Schuster, who used to be the top sales manager globally at Yelp, and Tanner McRae, who spent 6 years on Amazon’s R&D and ML teams.
