Russian FM Said Hitler Had Jewish Blood
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov enraged Israeli leadership, the Israeli public and Jews around the world when he said that Hitler had Jewish blood.
Sergey Lavrov was interviewed on Italian television and when asked about Russia’s continued claims that its invasion of Ukraine was somehow intended to cleanse the country of control by Nazis. Sydney Festival Apologizes Over Israel Funding
The Sydney Festival was boycotted at the last minute by a number of acts because of involvement in the Festival by the Israel Embassy in Australia. And so in January, believe it or not, the chair of the Sydney Festival David Kirk actually apologized over accepting the Israeli funding.

Israelis’ See Rising Antisemitism in Europe
Antisemitism in Europe is on the rise and Israelis only see the situation getting worse. This is according to a new survey conducted by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HU)’s European Forum. The study came as part of International Holocaust Remembrance Day week long events commemorating the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz by the Russian army on January 27, 1945.
