Israel’s Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: MGIC) a global provider of end-to-end low code integration and application development platforms solutions and IT consulting services, released its newest data intelligence product, FactoryEye, built specifically for manufacturers. Magic boasts that its new platform will enable manufactures to transform into “Industry 4.0” with minimum changes to their enterprise systems.

According to IBM, Industry 4.0 is synonymous with smart manufacturing and the realization of the digital transformation of the field, delivering real-time decision making, enhanced productivity, flexibility and agility. IBM says that it is “revolutionizing the way companies manufacture, improve and distribute their products. Manufacturers are integrating new technologies, including Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and analytics, and AI and machine learning into their production facilities and throughout their operations.”

New smart factories are equipped with advanced sensors, embedded software and robotics that collect and analyze data and allow for better decision making. And this is just one example. It is easier for big industries to constantly upgrade their facilities to meet the demand of the continuing changes to manufacturing and computer systems. And the rate of change is constantly speeding up. So it is smaller companies which need the help of services such as Magic Software’s new FactoryEye system.
