Israeli Home Nail-Painting Startup Raises $10 Million Seed Funding
Israeli startup Nimble, the developer of a home robot for automatic nail polish application, has raised $10 million seed. The round led by Entrée Capital and LionBird, Aristagora VC with participation from IBI Tech fund, and private investors including Yigal Yaakobi, founder of Allot, Ziv Elul, founder of InnerActive, which was sold to Fyber, and Nir Erez, founder of Moovit, which sold to Intel for close to $1 billion.

Lili A New Israeli Banking App For Freelancers – Raises $55 Million
Lili offers services to freelancers. Israeli startup Lili, a mobile banking service for freelancers in the U.S., offers “relevant and timely” features such as expense management, effortless tax preparation, and no-fee accounts. The company has doubled its account base in the past 6 months as more users pursue new, entrepreneurial endeavors. Lili just raised $55 million in a Series B investment led by Group 11, bringing its total funding to $80 million.

Israeli Fintech Startup Stampli Founded By Two Brothers, Raises $50 Million
Stampli is a complete AP automation platform. Stampli is an Israeli startup which utilizes artificial intelligence for fintech. The company, which was founded by two brothers, just raised $50 million in Series C funding for their platform, which helps CFOs and controllers close the disconnect between accounts payables and the broader organization. Stampli’s total funding to date is over $87 million.

VisibleRisk Raises $25 Million For Enterprise Cyber Risk Evaluation
VisibleRisk is a joint venture between Moody’s and Team8. Israeli startup Visible Risk helps companies asses their risks for cyber-attacks and more. They completed a $25 million investment in VisibleRisk. VisibleRisk also announced the launch of a Cyber Rating product, building on the collaboration between Moody’s and Team8 to develop a global standard for assessing corporate cyber risk.

SpliSense Israeli Startup Offers Cystic Fibrosis Treatment
The company just raised $28.5 million. Israeli medtech startup SpilSense develops transformative mRNA-altering therapies for cystic fibrosis (CF) and other genetic pulmonary diseases. The company just raised $28.5 million in a Series B funding round. Orbimed, Israel Biotech Fund, Biotel Limited, Integra Holdings and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation participated in the round.

Monday.Com Is Ready For Its IPO
The company previously expected a $4 billion valuation. Monday.Com, an Israeli startup which deals with management software, has filed confidentially with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its initial public offering. According to a report in Bloomberg, the company has been working on its IPO with Goldman Sachs Group Inc.

Global-E Hits $3.55 Billion Valuation In NASDAQ IPO
The company brought in $375 million. Israeli fintech startup Global-e Online Ltd held a successful IPO on the NASDAQ yesterday, Thursday, coming away with a $3.55 billion valuation. This is what the company expected when it first announced the date for the initial public offering. Global-e sold 15,000,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of $24.25 per share. The company brought in $375 million.

Similarweb Completes $1.6 Billion IPO
It had expected a $2 billion valuation. Similarweb Ltd., an Israeli provider of digital intelligence solutions, has completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a report in Globes. The company came away with a $1.6 billion valuation. This might be seen as a disappointment as less than a month ago Similarweb was hoping for a $2 billion valuation from the IPO.

Israeli Wireless Tech Firm Ceva Acquires US Chip Designer Intrinsix For $33 Million
The company also release its Q1 2021 results. CEVA Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA), an Israeli company which licenses wireless connectivity and smart sensing technologies, has agreed to acquire Massachusetts-based Intrinsix Corp., a chip design specialist company, for approximately $33 million in cash. And Ceva also revealed positive results for Q1 2021.

Cisco Buys Israel’s Sedona Systems For $100 Million
Sedona Systems offers the NetFusion platform. Cisco Systems has announced its intent to acquire Israeli network intelligence and automation company Sedona Systems Ltd. While the purchase price was not revealed, Globes reports that it was $100 million.

Israel’ Verbit Buys American Captioning Products Provider VITAC
Verbit declares that the acquisition now makes it the world’s largest AI-powered transcription and captioning platform. Verbit, an Israeli developer of an AI-powered transcription and captioning platform, has acquired the American company VITAC, which offers captioning products and solutions in North America. The purchase price was not disclosed. Verbit declares that the acquisition now makes it the world’s largest AI-powered transcription and captioning platform.

Apple Service Provider Jamf Acquires Israeli Zero-Trust Security Firm Wandera For $400 Million
Cybersecurity is easier if you don’t trust anyone. Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), which describes itself as the standard in Apple Enterprise Management, has acquired Israeli company Wandera, a leader in zero trust cloud security and access for mobile devices for $400 million.

Walmart To Acquire Israeli Virtual Fitting Platform Zeekit
The price was not disclosed.
