TA Associates acquires 50% Of Israel’s Priority Software For $250 Million

Yuval Cohen’s TA Associates has sold a 50% stake in one of its leading portfolio companies. Priority Software for $250 million. The acquisition was made by TA Associates, Calcalist reports.
