So why is Lohan still in the news all of the time? Oh right, its because we all love to watch as the rich and famous have public melt downs.
Which brings us back to our main question. Why do people think that Lindsay is now a Muslim? Well it is because of her latest posts on social media. Lindsay Lohan’s Instagram account is now officially called, “Alaikum salam, ” peace unto you in Arabic. This is the traditional Muslim greeting like “Shalom Alechem” in Hebrew.
Lohan also removed all of her racy pics and if you go to her Instagram account now you see that she has not yet posted anything new.
And there were also pictures taken recently of the “Mean Girls” star walking around in public carrying a copy of the Koran.
The Daily Mail cited one Twitter user as wishing Lindsay Lohan well saying, “Im so happy that lindsay lohan found Islam. may Allah guide her and bless her.”
Another tweet read, “I heard that Lindsay Lohan converted to Islam? If its true, alhamdulillah. God has shown her the right path to now follow.”
So now the real question is, if this is true will Donald Trump place Lindsay on a watch list of Muslims after he becomes President on Friday.
In an interview with the British tabloid The Sun, Lndsay Lohan once said, “I’m a very spiritual person and I’m really open to learning. America has portrayed holding a Koran in such a different way to what it actually is. We all believe in something and at the end of the day it all ties to a god or a spiritual adviser.”
There are other possibilities, however. Maybe Lindsay Lohan is just trying to make a political statement in support of Muslims. Maybe she is just trying desperately to stay in the public eye. Maybe nobody cares.
