Oracle to buy office building in Santa Monica for $368 Million: sources

Software firm inks $1, 165 psf deal for property with Invesco in area’s priciest ppsf sale

, Oracle is in contract to pay Invesco $368 million, for an office building at 2700 Colorado Avenue, The Real Deal has learned.  This equals $1, 165 per square foot making it one of the most expensive deals in Santa Monica.

Larry Ellison’s cloud-computing firm will take more that 100, 000 square feet in the 316, 000-square, five-story building.
