The Upper East Side appartment at 433 East 74th Street owned by Andrew H. Madoff, the late son of convicted Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff, has sold for $5.39 million, reports 6sqft.
The 3, 213-square-foot full-floor condo first appeared on the market in February 2016, asking $5.875 million. Andrew Madoff who passed away from cancer, in 2014.

The 3, 000 square feet first went on the market in February for $5.87 million. 6sqft says that Madoff bought the place in 2008 for $4.37 million. The house was built in 2007 and has just 12 units with landscaped roof with an outdoor kitchen, a fitness room and private storage. Madoff tried to rent the condo in 2012 for $25, 000/month.
The five-bedroom with ten closets in addition to a dressing room includes five-and-a-half bathroom with heated floors, an open kitchen, a decorative fireplace, open living room, a media room, powder room, home office and balcony accessed through the en-suite master bedroom.
