The unusual triplex penthouse first hit the market asking $25 million in 2010
It’s a New York City miracle! One of Brooklyn’s most consistently expensive homes has entered contract after no less than five-and-a-half years on the market. The penthouse of Dumbo’s Clock Tower at 1 Main Street entered contract at a discounted $18 million after first appearing on the market in January 2010 asking $25 million. Listing co-broker Frank Castelluccio of Corcoran confirmed the penthouse’s new status. He was unable to comment about the buyer or the selling price…
