The penthouse of Dumbo’s Clock Tower at 1 Main Street entered contract at a discounted $18 million after first appearing on the market in January 2010 asking $25 million. Listing co-broker Frank Castelluccio of Corcoran confirmed the penthouse’s new status. He was unable to comment about the buyer or the selling price…
