A day before Independent Day Israel remembers of the fallen soldiers from Israel’s wars and Terror victims. The events start every year with sirens going off around the country. People stand still in silence for two-minute, following  an official memorial day events at Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem which are attended by the president, the prime minister, the chief of staff, the chief judge of the supreme court and representatives of bereaved families. Official memorial ceremonies are to be held at cemeteries around the country.
