Smart parking app Anagog, the developer of the world’s largest crowdsourced parking network, is this year’s winner for the ‘Best Mobile Innovation in Automotive Award’ at the 2016 Mobile World Congress. Anagog won the prize for its crowdsourced technology.

The award was announced as part of the GSMA’s Glomo Awards in the Connected Life category at the Barcelona happening.
Anagog was founded by Gil Levy and Yaron Aizenbud in 2010 and used the first years to develop and perfect the mobility status. The Tel Aviv-based company has filed 12 patents to date and is currently developing a set of additional related advanced technologies and services.
Israeli companies have come out on top in years past at the MWC, the world’s largest mobile showcase. In 2015, Fansino won ‘Best App of the Year.’ In 2014, PointGrab, the makers of the CamMe app– which enables users to take selfies from afar – won for Most Innovative Mobile App.
