Eliot Spitzer’s ex-girlfriend has got custody of their cat after the end of their two year relationship which cost the former New York governor his marriage and Lis Smith her political spin job.

The couple adopted the gray grimalkin together – then named Silk – from an LA shelter earlier this year.
