These days, getting a Christmas bonus is relatively rare, according to a report by the Society For Human Resource Management. Seven out of ten American employees won’t receive a nonperformance-based bonus at the end of 2015. A very small minority of companies award end of year bonuses to their executive and nonexecutive employees only.
