Bloomingdale’s has apologized for an ad in its holiday catalog that many have found to be offensive. Pictures of the ad blast into the social media and users criticized the company for promoting date rape.
The text, “Spike your best friend’s eggnog when they’re not looking, ” and is positioned on a page between a man and a woman. The woman is looking away from the man as he glares at her.
