Daniel Radcliffe’s Soho home is back His Mercer Street two-bedroom is asking $19, 000 a month

Harry Potter-star Daniel Radcliffe’s two-bedroom apartment at 40 Mercer Street has hit the rental market, asking $19, 000 a month,  Zillow reports.

Radcliffe bought the apartment for $4.3 million back in 2007. But he didn’t live there long —after two years the actor rented it out according to The New York Times.

In 2009, Radcliff bought a West Village house on West 12th Street between Greenwich and Washington streets for $5.65 million, Curbed reports.

The apartment is listed by Halstead, who gave the apartment a name: “Mercer Street Magic”. This is a two-bedroom across 1, 800 square feet, with high ceilings, lots of light, a contemporary kitchen, and a master bath with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and an enormous soaking tub.
