Google has started distributing a new version of Google Glass to Healthcare and manufacturing businesses or Glass for Work start ups. The company is said to be providing the wearable directly to software developers within the computing module, which might be attached to a spread of eye-wear.

According to The WSJ, the new version of Google Glass is being offered as a snap-on module that is actually a mini gadget that includes a button-and-hinge combination and prism. This also implies that it will be attached with the protecting eye-wear used by researchers or will be used in factories.

As per the WSJ report, the new Google Glass version is said to come with an integrated improved Intel Atom processor, provide better battery life (up to two hours) and a wireless connectivity.
