Samsung plans to launch more Tizen OS Smartphone

Samsung Electronics plans to launch more handsets which will run on its own Tizen OS later in 2015. Samsung can launch several Tizen smartphones at variable costs.

Samsung aims to make its own scheme through Tizen, that powers its smart watches and tv sets. But the corporate desires a lot of handsets running on the system to expand its user base and attract third-party developers.

The company launched its 1st Tizen smartphone, the Z1 in January 2015. It’s sold-out 1 million Z1s so far in India which is the world’s third-biggest smartphone market.
