Judd Apatow and Andy Samberg are teaming for a new movie based on Samberg’s Lonely Island Comedy troupe. It is due to hit theaters on June 3d, 2016.
The movie will star Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer. Taccone and Schaffer will co-direct. Apatow and Samberg will produce. The movie will be a send up of documentaries about famous musicians which feel more like PR pieces.
