Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman Sell Park Avenue Pad for $11 Million

The couple are moving into an East 78th St. apartment that is still being built

Theh X-Factor’s Simon Cowell, Lauren Silverman and baby Eric are moving from their Park Avenue apartment, and you can live in Cowell style if you can spare the $11 million, according to the Daily News.

The apartment is on 1055 Park Avenue and has been listed by Albert Benalloul and of David Benman. If you are happy with the elevator, huge windows and fitness center, it could be yours. The couple moved in before Eric came along and the rent is a mere $26, 000. The couple are moving to a new apartment on E. 78th Street that is still being built.

In addition to moving into a new home, Cowell has some new projects, including working with Latin singing sensation Ricky Martin on a reality show that will put Martin in search of the greatest Spanish-speaking singing talent to form a guy group.

While Martin is a great admirer of Cowell’s he admitted that the brutal honesty the British talent judge displays on the show might be softened with Martin’s more nurturing style; “Simon is a brutally honest judge, which is very important, but I’m a little bit more nurturing, ” he told People. Currently, Cowell has a contract for the X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent at least until 2016.

Simon Cowell has been vocal in his support of Israel, donating 100, 000 British pounds or $160, 000 to the Israeli Defense Forces. He discussed the possibility of converting to Judaism, and his father Eric (the baby’s namesake) came from a “mostly Jewish family, ” according to Cowell.
