Virginia Roberts, the woman who alleged billionaire and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, and other high profile figures, was not trafficked against her will, but was a teenage sex fiend who loved the money and the high life, or so his friends say. One has to wonder about the character of Epstein’s “pals” (although royals and Harvard lawyers didn’t turn their noses up at his company), before putting too much credence in their statements, particularly because they were talking about a girl who was either working for or was trafficked by Epstein, allegedly, from the age of 15, according to the Daily News.
“She was the head bitch, ” said Philip Guderyon, who used to have trysts with her and drive Roberts to Epstein’s mansion in Palm Beach. “She’d have like 9 or 10 girls she used to bring him.” Guderyon said the girls looked happy and Roberts “never looked like she was being held captive.” Roberts had fancy clothes, a Mercedes. This conflicts with Roberts’ claim that she feared for her life if she left Epstein’s service and was threatened (the stories, however, are not necessarily mutually exclusive. She could have been paid off handsomely and still have been under extreme threat to continue).

Roberts had a boyfriend at that time, Anthony Figueroa, whose sister Crystal was sometimes asked by Roberts if she had friends who were “kind of slutty” she could recruit. Figueroa’s mother said she had “no problem at all” with Roberts. The couple shared an apartment with Anthony Valladares, who said Roberts used to disappear for days at a time and come back with a lot of money. He told the Daily News, “She’d say, ‘I have to go to a millionaire’s house.”Valladares and his friend had no idea she was a prostitute until once they were in an airport, she went into a private jet, came out a half an hour later with a pile of cash and said, “Let’s party.”
Figueora said Roberts tried to get out of her way of life, “She tried to stop before, but ended up getting dragged back into it, ” he said. Whether it was by coercion, addiction to sex or money, or a combination of all the factors, Roberts, between the ages of 15 and 17, was clearly in trouble. Sigrid McCawley, Roberts’ attorney, said, “This is why we have laws in the United States to protect minor children who are groomed and sexually trafficked by adults.”
