Israel’s co-working scene just got bigger with the opening of WeWork Herzliya, offering space as a service to 450 new members. Located in the heart of Israel’s technology scene, WeWork Herzliya features 3200m2 of uniquely designed office space to promote community and collaboration, including 10 meeting rooms, 2 kitchens, a large boardroom, enclosed offices, as well as an open desk area with 50 seats. The trendy front desk is a creation of renowned Israeli designer Lovka.

Founded in 2010 by Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey, WeWork empowers independent workers, entrepreneurs and businesses by connecting them with each other in exceptional workspaces. WeWork offices are fully equipped with all the amenities, furniture and services required to provide a comfortable and productive workspace. Printing facilities, meeting rooms, event spaces, high-speed internet, lounges, private phone booths and unlimited coffee and beer are present on location to create an effective and all-encompassing workspace. In addition to memberships to the physical locations, WeWork recently introduced WeWork Commons, an extremely affordable membership to the WeWork network and community of 18, 000 members, as well as access to WeWork office space and conference rooms globally, as needed.

Benjy Singer, Director of WeWork Israel: “Opening our second location in Israel with 100 percent occupancy demonstrates the demand for and value of WeWork in today’s business environment. The entrepreneurs and businesses of Herzliya have fully embraced the WeWork physical space, robust network of services, and diverse community to share in the creation of amazing work.”

Every WeWork location is staffed with Community Managers who work directly with members to understand their business needs, struggles and growth plans, and to connect them with other members who can help. Weekly events and special activities are organized to promote introductions and inspiration among members, further strengthening the community.

WeWork currently has 30 locations spanning major cities across the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom. Herzliya marks the second location to open in Israel, following Tel Aviv in December 2014. A third location is scheduled to open at Sarona in Tel Aviv later this year.
