Labour Leader Ed Miliband Calls Cameron a Dodgy PM Who Protects Tax Dodgers
Ed Miliband, the Jewish Labour party leader in Britain, is asking PM David Cameron questions over donations to the Tory party from those who made have huge accounts in Switzerland’s HSBC bank, according to the Independent. Zac and Ben Goldsmith, who donated half a million pounds to the Conservative Party as well as Stanley Fink are those who may be avoiding dodgy tax practices, according to Miliband, because of their generous giving to the Tory Party.
Miliband pointed out that after Stanley Fink forked over a large political donation, he was rewarded with the position of treasurer of the Tory Party and was given a peerage “for good measure.” Prime Minister responded with Miliband’s accusations of being dodgy by pointing out the sums the Labour party receives from unions, and said that private donors, unlike labor unions, have less direct effect on public policy. Miliband responded that Cameron was, “a dodgy prime minister surrounded by dodgy donors.”
