Available for both IOS and Android systems, SpotHot declares that it is all about living the moment. “Right here. Right now.”

Life is what happens right here right now, the company declares. It boasts that its app is the only dating and clubbing apps that shows users what is going on in real-time. SpotHot provides a heat map with places that other SpotHot users can be found and enables them to see their profile if the user is close by.

So first of all the app will only be of use if it becomes popular and has millions of people worldwide who use it. That way users can be sure to at least find someone in a given area. But, of course, there will always be places where there will not be anyone else on the network.

Its website declares, “check out the Map to find the hottest spots around you, go around and find new people. Be creative with the photos you send your matches. All info is gone at sunrise so act quick and meet. That’s right, meet in person! This is what matching is about, isn’t it ? From there on you’re on your own but SpotHot will be there again the night after.”

It works in conjunction with Facebook, taking a user’s personal information from his or her Facebook page. It also offers a PhotoChatting feature, which lets people send live photos to one another other.

The duo behind the app said that they came up with they heard someone talk about his trip abroad, and how he and his friends had no luck finding a cool place to hang out, because all the places that people recommended were either slow or empty.
