Their purchase of the Patriots in 1994 was a controversial one but it certainly paid off. The team was purchased for a record $172 million at the time, a record for a team that had not performed that well. Robert said, “It was the only time in my married life that my sweetheart questioned my judgement.” However, now the Patriots are worth more than $2.6 billion.

Their next investment idea is Dunkin’ Donuts. But then they got back to the Patriots.

One thing important is to keep the Patriots in shape, which is the reason a Navy SEAL is in charge of their workouts. In addition, they are on a quest for another quarterback like Tom Brady.
