Former Dreamworks CEO Sells Home To Scooter Braun

Stacey Snider Scooter Braun

 

Stacey Snider, former CEO of Dreamworks and new chair of 20th Century Fox sold her walled mini-compound in the L.A. neighborhood of Brentwood to Scooter Braun, as reported by Variety. The manager of acts like Justin Beiber and Arianna Grande paid $13 million, knocked down from the asking price of $15.9 million. Snider bought the property for $3.6 million in 1999, and made significant renovations, which were designed by architect Brian Tichenor, with quirky touches by designer Kelly Wearstler.

The numerous special features include a mirrored foyer, a paneled family room and a swirling staircase. There is one guest room on the first floor and three additional guest bedrooms on the second level, not to mention a master suite. The home also contains a theater and a gym with a special guest suite. The backyard contains formal gardens, a swimming pool and a cabana.

Scooter Braun has two homes for sale, one for $4.6 million and another one for $10 million which he bought in 2007 for $5.7 million. Snider has paid $8 million for a fancy flat in Beverly Hills.
