Allot Communications beat earnings estimates by one penny and reported higher revenues that rose 25% over the prior year. The company provides service optimization and revenue generation solutions for companies. Gross margin was 75% and non-GAAP operating margin was 10%. In the quarter, the company received 10 major orders, two from new clients.
CEO Andrei Elefant said in a press release, “We are pleased with our performance during the third quarter and the ongoing strong momentum in our booking flow. During the third quarter we continued to execute well on all fronts … we continue to see strong demand from service providers and revenue generating services.”
