Zuckerberg, Allen and Gates Outgive Countries in Ebola Fight

Zuckerberg+Gates Time covers

Mark and Priscilla Zuckerberg have given $25 million, Bill and Melinda Gates have donated $50 million and Paul Allen has given $100 million to fight Ebola worldwide, according to Business Insider. The total amounts of these three philanthropists, who aside from the Zuckerbergs have a formal foundation, top the totals given the Germany and the International Monetary Fund.

While Paul Allen usually gives to the arts, culture, libraries and cultural empowerment programs in the Pacific Northwest, his donation alone tops money given from major countries to fight the deadly disease.
