The actress picked up the check and continued on her walk, but E! is hoping she will attempt to find the recipient.

Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick have just put their Manhattan townhouse on the market, asking price $22 million.

The couple bought their historic building at the ridiculous price of $18.995 million in 2011. They tried to sell it in 2012 for $25 million but couldn’t find a buyer. So now they’re asking for less.

Maybe the guy who gets the check will use it as a down payment?

By the way, the couple owns a more modest townhouse in Mthe West Village, which they bought in 2000 for $2.995 million. Oh, and they also own two ocean-front homes in the Hamptons.

I suppose you need to have two homes wherever you go.
