Salesforce.com users now have a much more flexible solution for mobile authentication

The app was developed in collaboration with one of the companys integration partners.
Built on the Infinity Platform, IdentityXs universal authentication platform for mobile devices, the app is the first of its kind to allow users to self-select one or more authentication factors including passwords, PINs, fingerprints, and voice and facial recognition, depending on the level of security they desire.

The app currently supports fingerprint-enabled Windows devices and Android-based devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S5 and will operate with iOS 8 in late September. In addition to fingerprints, the app also supports voice and facial recognition as well as passwords and PINs.
