Residents will enjoy amenities that will include onsite restaurants, private rooftop plunge pools, multiple other swimming pools, State of art fitness center, a 200 seat movie theater, Sub Zero appliances, a beach club, a recreational area for kids and a performance stage.

They will also be able to lease a one bedroom and den hotel suite for their guests and will be served by a virtual concierge and butler service.

The towers will have an open outdoor parking lot in front of them and a two story high gateway that will run the length of its frontage.

They will be located across from a new park to be called Gateway Park, which is being completed in cooperation between Milton and the city.

Milton’s website boasts, “Miami has never seen the likes of St. Tropez Condominiums. Inspired by the French Riviera, where the good life has long been elevated to an art form. This very special creation is the new paradigm of what’s now possible in a highly-evolved tropical waterfront lifestyle.

“Residents and their guests will enjoy the Mediterranean ambience of our promenade, European-style cafés, and restaurants. The opportunity for upscale shopping is represented here, in what is the location of the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s new Towne Center. The residences are available in several tempting configurations: Tower Residences, Penthouses, Lanai Residences, and Townhomes. All offer the ultimate in finishes, high-end appliances, spacious layouts, and un-believable views. And all are hard-wired for every millennial convenience.”

Parque Towers is expected to be completed in early 2016.
