Located on a private cul de sac in Hollywood Hills West at 3028 Paulcrest Drive, the house was built in the Mediterranean style back in 1958. The one floor living area stretches back perpendicularly from the house and has large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open up to the swimming pool alongside it.
Its listing on Zillow describes the property as an, “Elegant Mediterranean compound with unparalleled views! Seated on a private cul de sac, this beautiful compound has been completely redone from top to bottom with no expense overlooked.”
The brothers Joshua and Matthew J. Altman of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate are the brokers handling the listing.
