Joseph Rahmani Handling $65 Million NY Office Building Sale

Joseph Rahmani‘s Venture Capital Properties has been tapped to market an office building in Manhattan at 15 West 39th Street. The building is said to be going for $65 million, according to a report in The Real Deal.

Locted in Manhattan’s garment district, 15 West 39th Street is a fifteen story commercial building with 80, 858 square feet of leasable office space, of which more than 7, 500 is currently available. Completed in 1925, it is roughly 180 feet high. Rents in the building average in the low $30 per square foot range.

The boutique, loft style building offers 24/7 operations a views of the Empire State Building and the New York Public Library.

Jeremy Nazarian, one of VCP’s directors, is marketing the property. He said in a statement, “The 16-story building benefits from high ceilings, great light and air, and is well positioned to attract technology, as well as other tenants looking for full floors, creative space, and to be in close proximity of major transportation hubs.”

Headquartered in Manhattan, Venture Capital Properties is a real estate investment and advisory firm. It specializes in acquisitions, management, leasing, and placing debt and equity, specifically with institutional investment-grade properties in the New York market.

The co-founder of Venture Capital Properties, Joseph Rahmani, graduated from The Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University in 2004, with a BA in Finance. In 2003, Mr. Rahmani was listed among the “Who’s Who Among Top Business Students In America.” After graduating with his finance degree, Mr. Rahmani was hired by a private real estate investor in New York as a market research analyst, and was able to acquire firsthand experience from top real estate investors.

Mr. Rahmani currently lives in Great Neck, NY. He is also a board member of the Great Neck Torah Ohr Hebrew Academy.

Jeremy Nazarian focuses primarily on office properties and leverages the culmination of his past experiences to give his clients a unique skill set that differentiates him from the masses. He graduated from Baruch College, cum laude, having majored in International Business with a dual minor in both Finance and Mandarin Chinese. He spent several months in East China Normal University in Shanghai, sharpening his language skills, allowing him to interact with a broad range of clientele. Jeremy speaks English, Hebrew, Farsi, and Chinese.
