Michael Dezer’s Florida real estate firm Dezer Development has released renderings for the Hyde Midtown Project, currently under development.

Due for completion in 2016, the 372 foot tall tower condominium apartment building will have 31 floors and a total of 440 units, including 21 studios, 154 one bedrooms and two hundred two bedrooms. 40 of the units will be hotel suites. It will be comparable in size to its two neighbors.

Designed by Arquitectonica, its main pool will be situated in a green area and will face east with a view of the beach. It will also have another swimming pool on the roof.

The residence will also have over 20, 000 square feet of retail space and more than 500 parking spaces, as required by the Miami-Dade County building code.

The property is being developed in cooperation with The Related Group. Units in it are already available for sale.

Dezer Development is a Florida real estate firm operated by the father and son team of Michael and Gil Dezer. It currently holds 27 acres of beachfront property on Sunny Isle Beach. The firm intends to develop oceanfront residential buildings there.

Born in Tel Aviv in 1941, Michael Dezer moved to the US in 1962, after serving in the Israeli Air Force. A self-made man, he began with real estate deals in New York and then bought up ocean front properties in Miami in the 1980s. He partnered with Donald Trump on a number of projects there.

The Dezers also hold more than twenty properties in New York, including the Simon Dezer building on Fifth Ave, The Chelsea Antiques Building and The Chelsea Design Center. Dezer owns Dezer Properties which is a full service real estate company that owns and manages 1.3 million square feet of commercial space in the Chelsea area of Manhattan.

Gil Dezer was born in 1975 and is the past president and current honorary member of the Developers & Builders Alliance , as well as one of the founders of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation.
