The Nakash brothers will exercise their building permit from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality to build a six-floor 90-room hotel on Namir Road, near the Glilot Interchange in north of Tel Aviv. The brothers, who own Orchid Hotel Management Ltd., own the land through Prosperity Ltd.

In September 2013, the District Court dismissed local residents’ appeal against the plan, on the grounds that the hotel’s building permit was illegal because the Urban Building Plan allows only a four-floor hotel with 24 rooms. The residents appealed to the Supreme Court, but withdrew it last week, acceding to the court’s recommendation.
