Under the dominant aspects of the withdrawal in March, the scales of Libra on Vladimir Putin’s map will play a significant role. It is clear that this will affect Putin’s actions in the next several months ahead.
It would not be a surprise if the story of Ukraine becomes the focal point in a renewed cold war between the Soviet Union viz à viz NATO and the United States.
All of this can affect the economic prospects for Europe, therefore, if NATO becomes entangled in affairs in the Ukraine or in the Middle East, and the withdrawal of Mars continues to influence events right up until June.
Mars retrograde in Libra also demonstrates Putin’s plans; he plans to conquer the whole of Ukraine. NATO’s and the US’s response is not yet clear, but the month of March will certainly put the Soviet – Western relationship to the test.

From March 18th to March 23rd, when Mercury is going away from Pisces, one should be careful about trusting anyone when it comes to money. Mercury has an effect spreading confusion regarding the workplace and employees. Mercury also raises the threshold of scandal and controversy.
Finally, we come to the last part of the month looking again at an economically dangerous aspect. Many disappointments and expectations, then are not realized in financial matters.
Advised not to invest, buy and start a business during this period. When the Sun and Uranus conjunct with Pluto at 90 degrees Cancer is wearing Jupiter’s clothing: this is a T- Square, which signifies the danger of war or an act of a sudden attack of fire in a whole region. This can affect the whole world, or at least some of its regions, and cause significant economic changes.
